Professor Martin Seeleib-Kaiser has been appointed as Head of Department.
Martin Seeleib-Kaiser is Professor of Comparative Social Policy and Politics, Fellow of Green Templeton College. He took up his appointment as Head of Department of Social Policy and Intervention on 1 April 2011. He teaches on the graduate Masters degrees in the department and supervises DPhil students in his area of expertise. His research interests are focused on the politics of social policy.
Before joining the University of Oxford in 2004, he held appointments at Bremen University, Duke University and the University of Bielefeld.
