Nina Hemmings

I am a graduate student reading for the MSc in Comparative Social Policy.

Prior to this, I worked for the Trust Fund for Victims (at the International Criminal Court in The Hague). I have held various roles in the health sector, working for a mental health charity; as secretariat for the Obesity Health Alliance; and most recently as a policy officer for the membership body and trade association for NHS providers in England. I hold a BA. in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.

I am particularly interested in issues of social mobility and social exclusion; the politics of policy-making; health inequalities; and migration.
