Associate Professor (LSE)
Timo Fleckenstein holds a DPhil in Comparative Social Policy from the Unversity of Oxford (2007). He has been a research officer with the Department and supervisee of Prof. Seeleib-Kaiser, in the 'Enterprises as Actors in Family Policy' project, funded by the Anglo-German foundation.
Since 2008 he has been Associate Professor at the London School of Economics and Social Sciences: LSE webpage.
In 2009 he has been awarded the Prize for Best Paper by the Journal of Industrial Relations
His research interests are in the domains of public-policy making, comparative social policy, and political economy.
He has published on labour market policy and politics of labour market reform, as well as welfare state transformation.
