Michael Liu is a Rhodes Scholar reading for the MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation. He holds an AB in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology and Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard College. After his time at Oxford, Michael will be returning to Harvard Medical School to complete his medical training.
Michael is passionate about interdisciplinary approaches to achieve health equity. He has particular interests in housing policies and large-scale health system reform. He will be specifically investigating the impact of the Affordable Care Act on health outcomes and social service use among specific American populations.
