Mili Kalia joined DSPI as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) officer in May 2022, having previously enjoyed a position as the EDI project manager and a Senior Officer for Oxford City Council.
Mili is interested in project management, public engagement, feelings-driven writing, and mechanisms and tools of inclusion.
She is also trained and published sociologist with particular interest in pubic sociology, law, international student-migration, market sociology, self-worth and power.
Her research projects have been supported by Tata, Graduate Funding at University of Virginia, Adam Smith Fellowship (WA), and Institute for Critical Social Inquiry (New School NY).
