Ryan is an MSc candidate in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation. He graduated from Queen's University Belfast with a BA in Modern History and then joined Strategy&, the global strategy consulting business unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  He has over five years of experience in assessing the impact of social interventions in developing countries. This includes interventions such as the Girls' Education Challenge, the world's largest fund dedicated to marginalised girls’ education. Ryan is particularly interested in the methodological aspects of large-scale social intervention research and how evaluation results are shared with the public.
