Person type:

I am the Executive Director of Three Dimensional Impact Ltd. Together with my colleagues Professor Paul Montgomery (formerly Professor of Psycho-Social Intervention and Lecturer in Evidence-Based Intervention at the University of Oxford) and Llorenc O’Pray, I work to support the work of non-profits through our shared commitment to evidence-based, high-impact practice. My expertise lies in leveraging research and evidence-based interventions to forge sustainable and innovative solutions that are both impactful and scalable.

I have both a practical and academic interest in trends in philanthropic giving and, in particular, how donors engage with philanthropy and conceptualise and measure the effectiveness of their giving. I also have extensive knowledge of strategy, fundraising and development, governance and evaluation.

I hold a doctorate from the University of Birmingham, where my research examined how high-net-worth individuals utilise evidence to inform their philanthropy. I am an Associate Fellow of Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, and I serve on the advisory panel of The Sacred Nature Initiative and on the Advisory Board of the Rivers Forum.
