Srishti Rongpipi is a development sector professional with experience in impact evaluation research and policy analysis. She holds a B.A (Honours) in Psychology from University of Delhi and a Masters in Public Policy from National Law School, India. She has led several large-scale quasi-experimental evaluation projects in agriculture, rural livelihoods, and maternal and child health during her tenure as a Research Manager at Sambodhi Research, for clients such as the Gates Foundation, IKEA Foundation, and Rabo Bank. She has extensive field experience across the rural landscapes of Central and Northern India. Her current research focus is on intimate-partner violence and couple dynamics. She hails from a small, hilly town called Diphu from Assam, and is the first person from the Karbi tribe to attend University of Oxford.
