Xinghao Li is currently an MPhil student in Comparative Social Policy at the Department of Social Policy and Intervention. He is also a member of St Catherine's College at the University of Oxford. His research interests centre on political economy and economic and social inequality.

Prior to Oxford, Xinghao studied at University College London (UCL) and the University of Helsinki, funded by UCL. His previous studies focused on politics and economics.
