Isaac is reading for the MSc in Comparative Social Policy. His interests span across health policy, higher education inequalities, and the interplay between actors and institutions in the context of welfare state politics. Isaac's thesis research concentrates on policy feedback in relation to healthcare systems and mental health stigma.

Prior to Oxford, Isaac studied Human, Social, and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge, graduating with first-class honours.
