Diana Mwala

Diana is reading for an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation. Her research interest centre on the impacts of climate change on health outcomes for children and women in developing countries and the role that social protection interventions can play in alleviating these challenges in developing countries.

Before joining DSPI, Diana served as teaching assistant at the University of Zambia in the Department of Social Work and Sociology. She also has experience as a research associate at Amini Center for Policy Research where she played a pivotal role in writing op-eds and creating platforms for policy makers to engage with youths.

She also worked at Young Women Christian Association where she contributed to work in safeguarding children and women.  Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work- with a Distinction from the University of Zambia.
