Eleonora recently completed her MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation. Throughout the program, she strengthened her quantitative research skills, with a particular emphasis on quasi-experimental methods, and gained advanced training in conducting rigorous qualitative research. Her research interests span from youth poverty to gender equality, and she is currently focused on identifying and evaluating the underlying factors contributing to the underreporting of sexual violence, with the overarching aim of contributing to legislative reforms that advance justice for women survivors.

Eleonora holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from LUISS University, one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in Italy. She went on to graduate summa cum laude with a master’s degree in Economics.

Prior to joining Oxford, Eleonora gained both academic and professional experience across several areas of social and public policy. She was involved in an EU-funded project in France designed to enhance youth international mobility and employment opportunities, and in another in Spain dedicated to reducing the digital skills gap within the population. She also conducted research at the Global Arena Research Institute (Prague) on a broad range of EU and international policy issues, including the weaponization of trade, the gender digital gap, and climate change.

Overall, she travelled for education and work purposes collecting a total of nine international experiences and becoming fluent in four languages - English, Italian, French and Spanish.
