Building evidence for prevention of child maltreatment

Project outline

 cluster-randomised trial of a rural village intervention combining parenting with economic strengthening. We assess the effects of a parenting group programme (Skillful Parenting by Dutch NGO, ICS) for prevention of child maltreatment, separately and in combination  with a group-based farming skills strengthening, in rural Tanzania.
