Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Karl joined the Department of Social Policy and Intervention (DSPI) on November 2022.

Prior to her role as DSPI's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer, Karl was a Master's student at London School of Economics and Political Science where she obtained her MSc in Gender (Sexuality). Alongside this, she worked for St Mary's University, Twickenham as their EDI Intern.

Karl is currently responsible for project managing DSPI's Athena SWAN submission for a bronze award, as well as other EDI initiatives within the department.
