Marcus hails from Johannesburg, South Africa and holds a BA in Psychology and Computer Science from Harvard University.
Studying at the DPSI on a Rhodes Scholarship, he hopes to learn about the intricacies of designing and implementing effective social reforms and merge this with his background in advanced computational methods and cognitive science through his research project.
