Tamara re-joined the department in August 2025 and has held various HR and Recruitment roles within the University (including previously at DSPI). She has over 8 years' experience in HR and Recruitment both in and out of the University, and has been awarded a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Tamara's role is to provide guidance and advice on a wide range of HR matters including recruitment, terms and conditions, fixed term contracts, leave, induction and reward.
